Who we are
MyLivingDraw is a product of Alexa All Prime SRL, 77 Petru Rareș St, Chișinău, MD-2005, Moldova. For any question about this policy or your data, write to contact@adventurekid.com.
What we collect, and why
When you submit the "Request a demo" or "Request a quote" form, we collect what you type into it: your name, institution, country/city, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. We use this only to respond to that specific request — to schedule a demonstration or prepare a quote. Submitting the form is how you consent to this.
Where it's stored
Your submission is emailed to our team and also kept as a backup file on our own server, in case the email doesn't arrive. It is kept until we no longer need it for the purpose above; you can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will.
Regional availability check
If this site is currently set to be available only outside a certain region, your browser makes a request to a third-party service (geojs.io) to estimate your country from your IP address, so the page can show or hide itself accordingly. This check runs each time the page loads; we don't store anything from it.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics of any kind.
